Responsibilities
Translate brand strategy into creative territories, content pillars, messaging angles, and platform native formats.
Develop campaign and high impact content ideas across mediums and channels.
Write sharp creative briefs that clarify the “what/why/how,” of brands including audiences, hooks, deliverables, and success metrics.
Partner with Social Content Leads to ensure strategic intent carries into always-on execution without losing craft.
Collaborate with Paid/PR/Accounts to align channel roles, sequencing, and messaging across touchpoints.
Analyze performance and social signals to produce creative learnings and testing recommendations.
Present ideas and rationale clearly internally and, when needed client facing.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, social strategy, or content strategy roles, preferably within agency environments.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn insights into clear creative direction.
