Responsibilities
Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products
Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
Ensure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways
Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning
Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle
Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling
Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources
Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions
Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes
Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas
Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles
Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred.
