About the role
- Solution Engineer (Salesforce) presenting product offerings to clients and addressing technical objections. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experiences through Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture org value proposition and best solution that solves the customer’s challenges.
- Build and demonstrate the org platform that align with the customer’s needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions to potential clients alongside the sales team.
- Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations.
- Configure Salesforce for custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhancing standard demos for use by internal team members.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Answer RFPs effectively.
Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Experience
- Experience selling Salesforce solutions or implementing Salesforce.
- Proficient in building Salesforce Flows.
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
- Database and/or SQL Experience
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
- Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
- AI and/or Agentforce Experience
- Ability to travel domestically (1-2x per month).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company, legal technology, or legal technology company
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Salesforce Certifications

- Salary - The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000 total compensation, inclusive of a base salary and a bonus component.
