Technical Assistance Engineer managing replacement parts and delivering customer support for MWM products. Collaborating closely with clients and ensuring technical feasibility for new projects.
Responsibilities
Coordination and preparation of initial spare parts inventories for new projects and product launches. Ensure availability of spare parts stock to meet field demand for items involved in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Field technical support through visits, phone support, and video calls for MWM products.
Ongoing relationship with customers to understand needs, translating expectations into technical requirements for product and process.
Coordination of action plans involving representatives from distributors, authorized service centers, suppliers and end customers.
Preparation of economic feasibility studies to analyze field problem solutions, supporting purchase requests and investments in services, procurement of materials for testing, and accelerating implementation of solutions in production and in the field.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Knowledge of and experience with combustion engines.
Experience analyzing and testing combustion engine components.
Experience working with end customers and resolving field issues is a plus.
Use of quality tools such as 8D, PDCA and Six Sigma.
Availability for national and international travel.
Advanced English for interactions with international contacts.
Active CREA registration.
