Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment;
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of project codebases;

- Implement and promote agile development practices, ensuring efficient, high-quality deliveries;

Requirements
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, project management, and software development best practices.
- Advanced Java/Spring;
- Cloud knowledge, especially Azure Cloud;
- Serverless architecture;
- Streaming and messaging solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, SNS);
- Relational and non-relational databases;
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Git/Jenkins);
- Agile methodology;
- Strong command of code quality principles (SOLID / Clean Code);
- Ability to lead complex projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic vision;
