- Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned across teams for consistent outcomes
- Release time and bandwidth for the MD to focus on strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in operations management, preferably in a technical or project-driven environment
- Strong understanding of the geospatial industry and its operational challenges
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence at senior levels
- Degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
