Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of a structured, brand-led marketing strategy
Responsible for building consistent brand positioning and improving cross-channel marketing execution
Ensure alignment between acquisition, CRM, content, and external partners
Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and refine a clear and differentiated brand identity
Assist in planning seasonal and promotional calendars
Liaise with CRM, Acquisition, Content, Design, Product, and Compliance teams
Act as a central coordination point for marketing initiatives
Track marketing campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
Establish structured marketing workflows and reporting standards
