Responsibilities
- Drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise and manage backlog effectively
- Lead sprint planning and release coordination
- Work across modules (Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
- Ensure feature alignment and avoid workflow fragmentation
- Support integration consistency across the OS
- Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows
- Convert operational needs into intuitive product flows
- Support configuration logic for multi-entity, multi-bank environments
- Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards
- Embed control logic into feature design
- Monitor feature adoption and usage
- Track release velocity and predictability
- Identify bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- 4-6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and delivering market-leading solutions in fintech, banking, treasury systems, payments, or financial software
- Deep understanding of treasury management and supply chain finance
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
- Hands-on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling in a product management context
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies relevant to financial services
- Practical understanding of APIs and system integrations
