Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex, multi‑stakeholder events across regional and international markets within the forex and fintech sectors.
Negotiate sponsorship packages, finalize contracts, and secure internal approvals in coordination with compliance and legal teams.
Collaborate with marketing, design, content, social media, and project management teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables, branding, and messaging.
Lead booth design development: manage contractor coordination, approve artwork and layouts, and oversee production of booth and supporting materials.
Coordinate speaker arrangements, including documentation, registration, scheduling, and on‑site support.
Source and manage branded giveaways, overseeing production, storage, and distribution to ensure quality and timely delivery in line with event timelines.
Oversee real‑time delivery of media assets to internal teams during events to support marketing and social media coverage.
Lead and support the internal events team on-site, ensuring clear assignment of responsibilities and effective execution.
Manage on-ground operations at key industry events: vendor coordination, booth setup, team support; ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and visitors.
Requirements
Proven experience in event management or brand marketing, preferably within financial services, Forex, or fintech industries.
Strong understanding of the forex and fintech sectors and awareness of industry event best practices.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional coordination.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally for events.
