Responsibilities

Requirements
Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably supporting executives.
Proven success supporting senior leaders in a corporate setting.
Anticipates needs, identifies solutions, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
Skilled in managing complex calendars, email prioritization, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail for expense reporting, travel arrangements, and event planning.
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Professional, approachable, and committed to helping executives lead effectively.
