Responsibilities
Support the credit risk management program and strategic initiatives through oversight and effective documentation of processes and procedures
Lead or support high-priority initiatives from planning through execution
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for initiatives
Drive timely execution of initiative tasks and manage escalation of issues
Prepare professional reporting and presentations for Governance Committees and Executive Management
Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards and escalate risk-related issues as appropriate

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven initiative management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ initiative management experience
Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
Previous Commercial Credit/lending experience or relevant financial services industry experience
Risk Management foundational knowledge
Experience with the development of visualization and reporting solutions
Power BI experience
Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
