About the role

  • Consultant for business process management supporting digitalization strategies in the public and health sector. Analyzing processes, developing solutions, and enhancing administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes in the public sector and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with business units to develop future-proof target processes
  • Model and document processes (e.g., in BPMN) and support their transition into digital workflows
  • Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts, process owners, and IT teams
  • Develop processes efficiently with a focus on societal value, sustainability, and user-centered design
  • Support projects from analysis through implementation, including creating process maps and defining KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong sense for context and interdependencies
  • Solid methodological foundation in process management
  • Initial experience in or with the public sector
  • Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., using BPMN)
  • Familiarity with common BPM/GPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio)
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for project work
  • Degree in public administration, business administration, social sciences, or political science
