About the role
- PMO Analyst responsible for project governance and best practices at Motiva. Ensures effective reporting, stakeholder interaction, and project health monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Act within the PMO, responsible for ensuring governance and best practices in project and portfolio management;
- Organize routines for monitoring, reporting and stakeholder interaction;
- Support project managers, oversee indicators, risks and documentation;
- Promote continuous improvements in processes, tools and team training;
- Monitor the physical and financial health of projects;
- Control CAPEX and budget;
- Manage requests and changes;
- Prepare management reports to support decision-making and monitor more complex projects;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Reside in Capivari de Baixo, Laguna or Tubarão/SC or nearby areas;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project;
- Previous experience working on highway/road construction projects;
- Previous experience in Project Management;
