About the role
- Junior Systems Analyst at Motiva, enhancing mobility solutions for users and delivering technical specifications. Collaborating with various business units to implement innovative improvements.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with users to identify system requirements;
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for solutions;
- Validate development deliverables;
- Deliver solutions, projects, and improvements according to specified requirements for the various Business Units;
- Perform project closure activities, ensuring effective transition of solutions to Operations by delivering documentation, conducting training, and providing other defined artifacts;
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support during Assisted Operation, and Level 3 support after transition to the Operations area;
- Initiate and monitor procurement/contracts for services and equipment;
- Execute measurement processes and record services performed;
- Stay up to date with current technologies and technical advancements;
- Train users on new systems and features and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Knowledge of revenue collection and ticketing concepts, payment schemes and methods, finance and accounting;
- Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies, using tools such as MS Project and Jira;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- English level A2 (advantageous);
- PMP certification and/or postgraduate degree in Project Management (advantageous);
- Spanish level B2 (advantageous).
