Responsibilities
Support the execution of advertising campaigns (online and offline) and brand activations.
Support monitoring and implementation of guidelines established for the websites and mobile app, ensuring alignment with brand communication.
Assist with social media content, tracking deadlines, following up on deliverables from involved teams and helping manage the approval workflow.
Manage deadlines, schedules, spreadsheets and tracking tools.
Organize files, materials and versions to ensure an efficient workflow, up-to-date records and support for presentations.
Ensure correct application of the brand and visual identity across assets and external communications.
Prepare briefs for external communications deliverables and follow the entire process with communication vendors.
Requirements
High school diploma (completed).
Basic knowledge of digital communication and social media.
Understanding of online and offline advertising campaigns.
Organized and able to work with deadlines, schedules and controls.
Degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields preferred.
Previous experience working in Communication and Marketing.
