About the role
- Analista PMO Sênior managing project governance processes at Motiva to enhance mobility. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in project management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of the processes under your responsibility, promoting their dissemination and delivering training through tools and reports targeted to the different stakeholder audiences;
- Ensure that all requirements necessary for process execution are planned, monitored, controlled and delivered in accordance with the Project Management Governance guidelines;
- Support involved leadership by monitoring and controlling processes, reporting performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility, transparency and confidence for decision-making;
- Strategically align the stakeholders of the processes under your responsibility, leading actions that ensure engagement and coherence with organizational objectives;
- Contribute to the development of the PMO team and involved audiences by providing refresher training and acting as the focal point for clarifying doubts and aligning best practices;
- Foster continuous improvement of project management processes through performance monitoring and proactive interaction with internal clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of financial mathematics
- Project Management certification (PMP) - preferred
- Knowledge of Risk Management - preferred
- SAP knowledge - preferred
- FEL (Front-End Loading) project development methodology - preferred
