Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Architecture.
- Experience managing innovation projects, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean, and/or PDCA.
- Experience measuring performance and results using KPIs and analytical reports.
- Experience facilitating working groups.
- Familiarity with management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Power BI.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project management.
- Lean Six Sigma for process mapping and improvement.
- BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Digital Twin (desirable for digital projects).
