Map and optimize processes, applying management and continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure project and initiative governance, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected quality.
This role is also responsible for performing compliance and anti-bribery duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Architecture.
Experience managing innovation projects, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean, and/or PDCA.
Experience measuring performance and results using KPIs and analytical reports.
Experience facilitating working groups.
Familiarity with management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Power BI.
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project management.
Lean Six Sigma for process mapping and improvement.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Digital Twin (desirable for digital projects).
