Responsibilities
Improve seller effectiveness across Mosai’s commercial organization
Partner with sales leadership to define and implement enablement priorities aligned to GTM strategy
Develop and deliver training programs (onboarding, ongoing enablement, product updates, playbook adoption)
Support frontline managers with rep coaching frameworks, tools, and best practices
Reinforce adoption of the sales playbook, messaging, and sales process
Serve as the central owner of sales collateral strategy and governance
Partner with Marketing and Product to identify gaps in current materials and develop new content
Requirements
4-7+ years of SaaS sales/account management, sales enablement, or related commercial experience
Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership style
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Experience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motions
