Responsibilities
Outbound lead generation to build the pipeline for the Inside Sales team
Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, web and email
Individual needs analysis and active qualification of incoming leads
Close cooperation with Sales, Presales and Marketing to implement specific customer strategies
Ongoing updates of data and call outcomes in Salesforce
Collaboration with the Product and Sales Enablement teams to stay informed about product updates, customer value propositions and market trends
Support from the internal Legal department regarding licenses and contract standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or business-related vocational training
Strong goal orientation and excellent customer communication skills
Proven ability to identify customer needs
Excellent German and fluent English
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Affinity for digital products and solutions in a creative environment
