Requirements
- Experience executing packaging development and engineering activities at bench, pilot, and plant scale.
- Action-oriented project management with a proven ability to handle complex projects, prioritize tasks, and manage budgets, risks, and schedules.
- Experience with manufacturing operations.
- Global mindset and ability to work across geographies, with a strong curiosity to look outward for new ideas and solutions.
- Knowledge of packaging and demonstrated understanding of statistical, modeling, and simulation tools.
- Experience leading teams and technical talent to deliver innovations and product refreshes.
- Ability to influence the business’s technical direction to deliver benefits using organizational awareness and clear communication.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD.
