Senior Sales Executive responsible for driving growth of Total Rewards Products and Services at Mercer. Engaging mid-market clients through effective prospecting and collaboration with sales leaders.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits
Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities as well as leads from Lead Generation teams
Participate actively in proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals related to Total Rewards Products and Services
Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards offerings
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales independently
Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
