Junior Consultant / Consultant in Reward & Executive Compensation Practice at Mercer. Executing complex projects while contributing to client strategy and providing analyses in a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Execute project delivery in line with strategic directions given by the managers of the team
Perform analysis and develop client ready reports with minimum guidance and instructions
Leverage and reinforce expertise in many of our practice areas (Executive Compensation, Broad-base Reward, Job Evaluation and organization-related issues, incentive plans, etc.)
Support Senior Colleagues in preparing outputs for our clients and presenting part of the outputs directly to clients
Support Senior Colleague in the development of commercial proposals
Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management and/or Engineering
+3 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Reward and Compensation
Experience in Financial Services will be a plus
Fluency in both Italian and English
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
