Responsibilities
Execute and/or lead Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects across the company’s value chain.
Promote efficiency management and customer focus, encouraging continuous improvement of the organization’s internal processes.
Lead the development of a project selection method based on added value.
Maintain and continuously improve the institutional process architecture, ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform critical analyses of performance indicators and propose improvement actions within the scope of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
Support business areas in process redesign initiatives and workflow optimization as part of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
Contribute to the integration and sustainability of process management practices within the organization.
Requirements
Experience in the insurance sector.
Experience in operational excellence, quality, process management, continuous improvement or business transformation areas.
Experience in leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects, A3 and PDCA.
Experience in executing or leading Lean Six Sigma projects, ceremonies and tools of the DMAIC cycle, and best practices for demonstrating results.
Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
