Sales Operations Specialist optimizing trade marketing for BAT's FMCG operations. Ensuring data integrity, supporting the field force and providing operational activity coordination.
Responsibilities
Ansvar for koordinering og understøttelse af Field Force aktiviteter i marken, herunder håndtering af systemrelaterede opgaver
Overordnet ansvar for den daglige drift i Salesforce/CRM, herunder sikring af ajourført butiksinformation samt høj dataintegritet
Administrativ understøttelse af trykte trade materialer, herunder administration af bestillingssystemer og lagerstyring af fysiske materialer
Løbende operationel support til Field Force og Area Sales Managers gennem opfølgning af operationelle KPI’er samt understøttelse af besøgsplanlægning
Facilitiering og koordinering af træningsudrulning til Field Force i tæt samarbejde med Area Sales Managers, herunder prioritering af træningsbehov
Håndtering af diverse betalinger samt oprettelse og administration af betalingsordrer
Gennemførelse af regelmæssige butiksbesøg for at sikre fyldestgørende dokumentation af kvaliteten af Field Force eksekvering
Requirements
Erfaring fra en tilsvarende stilling, gerne inden for FMCG og Field Force
Operationel erfaring med CRM systemer, herunder gerne Salesforce
Evne til at operationalisere forretningsmæssige behov
Stærke samarbejdsevner samt evnen til at begå sig professionelt i tværorganisatoriske samarbejder med mange forskellige interessenter
Erfaring med Power BI og performance analyser og gerne erfaring med SAP
Relevant uddannelse inden for marketing, business, økonomi eller et beslægtet område
Erfaring inden for salg
Flydende i dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt
