Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve our end-to-end sales process
Establish best practices and ensure consistent ways of working across teams and offices
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give sales leaders clear, actionable insight into pipeline health, conversion rates and activity
Ensure CRM data quality and embed data discipline across the sales organisation
Take ownership of CRM and ensure that it supports our sales process
Develop and maintain sales materials, battle cards and playbooks
Requirements
Solid experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar strategic-operational role ideally in a B2B software, SaaS or tech environment
Strong Salesforce skills
Familiarity with sales tool suite, including AI coach, contract & proposal and dashboards tools
Analytical mindset
A structured operator who thrives when building processes where few existed before
Strong cross-functional communicator
Self-driven and independent
People leadership experience is a plus
Fluency in English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage
