Responsibilities
Define, own, and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute product initiatives that drive measurable impact.
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and prioritize them based on value, effort, and strategic fit.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and product success.
Define and track success metrics for your product areas, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Champion continuous discovery practices, including user interviews, testing, and feedback loops.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading B2B SaaS products from strategy through execution.
Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps tied to business metrics such as revenue, retention, engagement, or expansion.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional product teams.
Comfortable using data and customer insights to make informed decisions.
Bonus: Experience in edtech, behavior management, or tools supporting K-12 schools.
