Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and development of business processes to establish the Delivery Management Function.
Coordinates and delivers projects with functional leaders, ensuring product specifications and requirements are met.
Ensure project delivery and provide oversight for project key performance indicators including schedule, budget, forecast, and project spending.
Remove roadblocks, plan for risk identification and mitigation, create timelines for all stages of development up to the release gate, and provide frequent management report-outs.
Lead implementation and training of new policies and engineering change priorities. Including ensuring issues are resolved to achieve business outcomes and improved alignment with the business objectives.
Work collaboratively and professionally with the cross-functional internal team.
Contributes to training teams by conveying policies, procedures, and priorities.
Additional duties as occasionally required by your manager.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related technical/business field.
4 -6 years of experience in a hardware and software Product Development environment
PMP designation is considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able to work with demanding deadlines and changing priorities.
The ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
The ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, ability to work independently and in teams.
