About the role

Responsibilities
- You enjoy performing software installations on-site at customer locations and instructing and advising users.
- As a PLC Programmer, you are responsible for commissioning our software after a successful sale and act as the primary contact for our customers on-site.
- You install and configure our standard software at the customer's site or remotely.
- You are responsible for connecting and integrating all common automation systems with our software platform.
- You provide subsequent instruction and training for administrators and end users.
- You also support our users with complex questions, analyze faults, and work with them to develop structured solutions.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in automation technology, information technology, or a comparable qualification; technician qualification or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience — career changers welcome!
- Knowledge in automation technology, e.g., SIMATIC system knowledge (S7, TIA, HMI, PCS7) or other controller families (Schneider Electric, Rockwell, etc.), and industrial communication (Ethernet / PROFINET / PROFIBUS)
- Good knowledge of IT and networking
- Good spoken and written German and English
- Strong analytical, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Excellent team skills and a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and a Class B driving license
