- Assess emerging technologies in robotics, AI, and automation to enhance design efficiency and product capabilities.
- Develop tools, metrics, and reporting systems to track progress, measure efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within engineering operations.
- Oversee daily engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions that meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to ensure engineering solutions meet market needs and customer expectations.
- Refine onboarding and training programs, mentor engineering staff, and implement succession planning to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering, with a strong background in automation and advanced technologies.
- 4+ years of experience leading large multidiscipline engineering teams in a product development environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects involving robotics or automation systems.
