Responsibilities
Garantiza la correcta implementación de los procesos asignados para apoyar las actividades del equipo.

Realiza la mediación con ventas, el transportista y el almacén cuando sea necesario.
Debe seguir las políticas de Michelin.
Comparte información relevante con los clientes y ventas.
Comunicación constante con el especialista en cuentas por cobrar para evitar, corregir y/o resolver posibles errores de facturación.
Proporciona apoyo y asistencia al proceso financiero D2C asegurando una resolución precisa y a tiempo de las reclamaciones de facturación del cliente y resolución de morosidad.
Alerta proactivamente al cliente en caso de cualquier evento, retraso o fallo respecto al compromiso de servicio y participa en la búsqueda de una solución para el cliente.
