About the role

Data Science / Business Intelligence Manager managing data infrastructure and BI processes in Guadalajara. Ensuring accurate data flow and supporting scalable reporting for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain ETL processes across multiple systems including EHR, ERP, payroll, and CRM platforms.
Design, build, and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.
Integrate multiple enterprise systems into a centralized BI environment, ensuring data consistency and traceability.
Work directly with raw data to identify, troubleshoot, and correct data issues at the source.
Serve as the technical owner of the BI environment, including data models, metrics, and dashboards.
Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to define KPIs and reporting needs, including REIT and investor reporting.
Design scalable data structures to support portfolio growth, acquisitions, and operational complexity.
Document data flows, transformations, and BI processes to reduce operational risk and single-point dependency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship as the BI function grows.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.
Proven experience building and maintaining ETL processes across multiple data sources.
Experience integrating multiple systems (ERP, EHR, payroll, CRM, or similar enterprise platforms) into a BI or analytics environment.
Ability to work directly with raw, unstructured, or imperfect data and resolve data quality issues at the source.
Technical background in data engineering, data science, or backend-focused business intelligence (not reporting-only profiles).
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing, evolving environment with limited existing structure.
Strong documentation skills for data processes, controls, and ownership.
Availability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.
Experience with Domo or similar BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with financial and accounting data (GL, AR, AP, payroll).
Exposure to audit readiness, compliance, or internal controls supported through data documentation.
