Reporting Analyst responsible for data integration and operational reporting insights at Datacom. Collaborating with project management roles to deliver analytical support and reporting.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyse data for Project Management Office (PMO) Reporting Views
Work closely with a variety of project management roles to acquire requirements
Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
Create effective business reports that provide insight
Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting
Prepare clear written communications, briefs and technical documents
Requirements
Proven proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation and administration
Strong knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
Self-service analytics maturity
Working knowledge of Service Now
Ability to extract and ingest data from various project tools (Workday, Salesforce, Service Now etc)
AWS, Snowflake or other modern data architecture knowledge
Background in Microsoft Fabric is nice to have
Strong analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
