Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience in Operations areas with a focus on continuous improvement in payroll-loan (consigned) workflows;
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices;
Ability to develop thorough studies, reports and analyses;
Strong knowledge of operational indicators, performance metrics, KPIs and OKRs;
Intermediate SQL;
Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis;
Data visualization tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau);
Clear, collaborative communication and strong cross-team coordination skills;
Advanced analytical ability with the skill to turn data into actionable insights;
Problem-solving orientation and structured decision-making skills;
Adaptability and rapid learning in dynamic environments.
