Responsibilities
Ensure global manufacturing operations and supply chain adhere to emerging legal frameworks regarding human rights due diligence.
Own supply chain HRDD end-to-end—from risk identification to remediation—working with operations team and internal stakeholders.
Design, implement, and maintain processes to prevent and address human rights risks across multi-tier global suppliers.
Lead the Human Rights Due Diligence process across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry best practices.
Own and improve the company’s risk-based due diligence framework, conducting human right risk assessments and impact assessments.
Develop and document action plans to address prioritized risks and adverse impacts.
Implement monitoring systems to evaluate preventive measures' effectiveness.
Oversee data collection, KPIs, and evidence tracking for HRDD performance.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in human rights due diligence, ESG compliance, or supply chain sustainability.
Strong knowledge of international human rights frameworks (UNGPs, OECD Due Diligence Guidance, ILO conventions) and the evolving human rights regulatory landscape.
Proven success in compliance framework development and implementation in a corporate setting.
