Compliance Analyst contributing to Pacific Life's mission in Consumer Affairs, reviewing and resolving complaints. Collaborating with management and internal departments for effective complaint handling.
Responsibilities
Provide a timely review of all assigned complaints
Adhere to company and department procedures while seeking creative, effective and fair resolutions to complex situations
Provide consultation and support to internal departments supporting the LID, RSD, ID, and WBD divisions
Recognize and escalate potential issues and trends to management’s attention, providing suggested resolution(s) when possible
Conduct miscellaneous compliance assignments and projects as necessary
Requirements
5+ Years of experience in life and/or annuity products
Candidate must possess excellent writing skills, problem solving capabilities, and solid communication skills
Candidate must be detailed orientated and provide analytical reviews
Candidate must be able to multi-task and coordinate with multiple business partners
Current knowledge or the ability to quickly learn our internal administrative and workflow systems like Cyberlife, VASE, PPT, AWD, FAST, Vantage, FileNet
