About the role
- Student assistant supporting environmental management and ISO compliance processes with real project involvement. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in a professional consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining and further developing our environmental management system in accordance with ISO
- Assist in preparing internal and external audits (specifically ISO 14001 and ISO 14068-1)
- Support documentation, revision and structuring of processes and policies
- Research, compilation and analysis of ISO- and compliance-related information
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and KPI overviews
- Optional: Support for internal training sessions
- Optional: Contribution to process visualizations (e.g. Signavio)
Requirements
- Enrolled student (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable degree programs)
- Initial exposure to environmental management, ISO standards or process management is an advantage
- Confident user of Microsoft 365; IT affinity desirable
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured and reliable working style, strong willingness to learn and a high degree of initiative
- Analytical thinking and interest in topics such as compliance, process optimization and environmental management
