Responsibilities
- Develop the quality plan for the Projects department;
- Review functional procedures;
- Assist in standardizing architectural projects in REVIT across different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and construction documentation);
- Develop architectural standardization manuals and complementary discipline guidelines;
- Organize and maintain updated standards for active clients;
- Resolve issues identified in project inconsistencies, performing root-cause analysis;
- Focus on continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism (or equivalent);
- 5 years of experience preparing projects across multiple stages, especially construction documentation and design coordination;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Revit, ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro is essential;
- Proven experience developing projects from concept through to construction documentation.
