Responsibilities
Ownership of National Stores List database: Maintaining the Retail database & creation in the ALM On Premise Channel.
Ownership of our external execution review partnership including processes and data maintenance
Provide Reporting support for IBA Programs and general data maintenance across all channels.
Reporting requirements across Power BI and/or other data platforms for National Operations
IBA Program Support: Administration, reporting & Communication (Eg: Instore Excellence Program)
Ticketing: Ownership of Administration, reporting & Communication on all National Operations Ticketing platforms.
Broad understanding of total Operations Teams tools & processes to support when required.
Requirements
Demonstrated sales/data experience
A strong understanding of the liquor or FMCG industry.
Strong reporting and analytical skill-set
Desire to learn new skills and look for process improvement – a curious mind
Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and manage workloads to hit tight deadlines
High level of attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks, effective time management
