About the role
- Intern in Event Production at Messe Berlin supporting event coordination and production tasks. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional event setting.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Technical-Production-Teams bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung, Koordination und Organisation von Veranstaltungen.
- Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen.
- Durchführung projektbezogener Recherchen, z. B. zu technischen Anforderungen, Dienstleistern oder Produktionsvorgaben.
- Mitwirkung bei der allgemeinen Veranstaltungs- und Produktionsorganisation der Messe Berlin.
- Bearbeitung schriftlicher und mündlicher Anfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
Requirements
- Du bist an einer deutschen Universität oder Hochschule eingeschrieben, idealerweise im Studiengang Veranstaltungstechnik- und -management oder in einem vergleichbaren Fach.
- Du hast idealerweise erste Kenntnisse mit CAD-Programmen (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) und kannst dich in der Office 365 (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) sicher bewegen.
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und übernimmst Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich – eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und bringst eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung mit.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Vielfalt, interkulturelle Sensibilität und ein offenes Mindset im Umgang mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen kulturellen Hintergründen.
