About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Store Investigators in daily activities to prevent theft and fraud
- Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, payroll, and attendance
- Train and develop Store Investigators, setting goals and expectations
- Work with the Analytics Manager to allocate resources effectively
- Ensure investigators maintain accurate records of apprehensions and external issues
- Generate monthly KPI reports to identify trends
Requirements
- At least 5 years of investigation experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- A provincial security license is required in some provinces
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to use relevant technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
