About the role
- Event Analyst creating memorable brand experiences through corporate events for a legal software company. Managing event logistics, budgets, and partnerships across different teams.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop the annual events calendar together with the senior analyst and Branding leadership.
- Support the organization of owned events, webinars, livestreams and activations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors independently.
- Organize full logistics (swag, transportation, accommodation).
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site event support.
- Propose creative activations and experiences aligned with Aurum's positioning.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, CX, and Marketing teams.
- Support performance and brand measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading and running medium to large-scale corporate events, in-person and/or hybrid.
- Proven experience in supplier/vendor negotiation and management.
- Experience managing event budgets.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Experience working across multiple internal teams.
- Knowledge of event performance metrics.
- Proficiency with organizational and productivity tools (Excel).
- Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo (SP) and for occasional travel.
