Responsibilities

Elaborar propostas comerciais envolvendo programas de saúde mental no trabalho, apoio psicológico aos colaboradores, gestão de crises corporativas, suporte em eventos críticos e programas de prevenção psicossocial.
Conduzir negociações com empresas de médio e grande porte, definindo escopo, modelo de contratação e condições comerciais.
Gerenciar oportunidades no CRM (RD Station), atualizar estágios de negociação e contribuir com previsibilidade de forecast comercial.
Desenvolver relacionamento com decisores corporativos como RH, Saúde Ocupacional, Pessoas & Cultura, ESG e lideranças executivas.
Alinhar informações estratégicas sobre leads e oportunidades com Marketing, BDR e Operação.
Requirements
