About the role
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing Associate overseeing operations in Vietnam for Menlo’s humanoid robotics production. Coordinating with suppliers and contract manufacturers for the Asimov platform.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with contract manufacturers and suppliers based in Vietnam, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
- Support supplier qualification and onboarding processes, including site visits, audits, and documentation
- Serve as the local point of contact between Menlo's engineering teams and Vietnamese CMs and tier-1/tier-2 suppliers
- Track component availability, flag supply risks early, and help manage escalations when issues arise
- Assist in NPI (New Product Introduction) coordination, liaising between engineering and manufacturing partners on the ground
- Maintain supplier records, track POs, and keep procurement workflows running smoothly
- Support multi-sourcing efforts across Vietnam and the broader regional supplier ecosystem
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing coordination, or procurement, ideally in hardware -- electronics, drones, EV, or industrial equipment
- Familiarity with Vietnam's manufacturing ecosystem, including industrial zones, local CMs, and key supplier clusters
- Comfort working directly with factory floor contacts and supplier account managers -- you are not a desk-only operator
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across documentation, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Fluency in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English for cross-team communication
- A bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
