About the role
- Supply Chain Analyst managing day-to-day procurement and supply planning activities. Ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and strong supplier performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent delivery, quality, and service performance
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) within SAP
- Monitor open orders and proactively resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments)
- Maintain inventory levels aligned with business needs and target levels
- Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support informed decision-making
- Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and Finance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Planning teams
- Identify and implement process improvements within procurement and supply chain operations
- Maintain accurate system data, including lead times, pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning
- Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders
- Exposure to inventory management and demand/supply planning concepts
- Experience working within an SAP ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets
