Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
Collaborative team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
