About the role

• Spezialist Buchhaltung Kreditoren managing accounts payable for meistro, overseeing supplier payments and account reconciliations. Focusing on process improvement and supporting financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• You review the accounts payable for two of our companies
• You monitor the timely payment of suppliers and service providers
• You reconcile the accounts of both companies
• You further develop the existing Flow Chains in the accounts payable area
• You provide supporting work for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Requirements

• You have completed commercial/vocational training and have several years of professional experience
• You have practical experience in financial accounting
• You work in a structured, independent and self-reliant manner and are reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
• Independent and responsible working is natural to you
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• You are a team player with a strong sense of duty and initiative to collaborate effectively
• You bring a hands-on mentality
