Responsibilities
- Support the operational activities that drive the success of the sales organization
- Drive commercial excellence, sales analytics, and process improvement to support revenue growth
- Act as a catalyst for growth, driving the design and execution of innovative commercial strategies
- Define opportunities and targets to accelerate growth aligned with the business strategy
- Create and scale sales processes, systems and tools to enable high performance and achieve objectives
- Streamline workflows, roles, processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare quarterly business review analytics; highlighting areas of strength and weakness to improve performance
- Drive automation and integration of sales tools to enhance productivity

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years sales analytics experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com) and sales analytics tools
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred)
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (Preferred)
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
