Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in multicultural organizations
- Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
- Experience with project management and excellent planning skills
- Excellent spoken and written English required; European language capability desired
- Operating Room knowledge or experience
