Responsibilities
Support the management of the Performance Evaluation cycle, from planning through data collection and organization of results;
Provide support to leaders and employees in the use of feedback, goal-setting, and development tools;
Monitor the rollout and tracking of goals and OKRs;
Assist in the application and organization of the 9-box matrix;
Assist with monitoring and record-keeping of Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
Support activities to map and update organizational and technical competencies;
Prepare reports and KPIs to track the area's initiatives;
Support HOD (Human and Organizational Development) projects and initiatives related to performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Knowledge of performance evaluation and goal management;
Knowledge of the 9-box matrix and talent management;
Basic understanding of OKR methodology and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
