About the role

  • Analista de desempenho e performance para apoiar metodologias de avaliação de talentos e metas. Assistindo em processos de Recursos Humanos na MedSênior Brasil.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the Performance Evaluation cycle, from planning through data collection and organization of results;
  • Provide support to leaders and employees in the use of feedback, goal-setting, and development tools;
  • Monitor the rollout and tracking of goals and OKRs;
  • Assist in the application and organization of the 9-box matrix;
  • Assist with monitoring and record-keeping of Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Support activities to map and update organizational and technical competencies;
  • Prepare reports and KPIs to track the area's initiatives;
  • Support HOD (Human and Organizational Development) projects and initiatives related to performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and goal management;
  • Knowledge of the 9-box matrix and talent management;
  • Basic understanding of OKR methodology and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
