About the role
- IT-Consultant supporting medical diagnostic software implementation in laboratories and clinics. Collaborating with clients and the engineering team for seamless technology integration.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure medicalvalues solutions at our customers' sites in laboratories, hospitals, and medical practices, including connecting/configuring local IT systems (hospital information systems / practice information systems)
- Assist customers with integrating our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
- Conduct training sessions and provide user support
- Serve as the primary contact for customers in support cases
Requirements
- You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are highly motivated to start in this field
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
- Customer-oriented with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English
- Goal-oriented working style, quick grasp of new concepts, and proactive contribution of your own ideas
